                                                                                                                                                                                      The monthly meeting of the Union Parishad is held on any day of the last week of every month and the meeting is presided over by the Chairman and the proceedings of the meeting are held in the Parishad Auditorium. All the members of the Union Parishad are so present.

It discussed the overall situation of the union. All members/members present the overall status of their respective wards.
