canals and rivers
At one time these towns were the basin of the Brakshaputra river, after the evolution of time, the settlement was established in this place. Now Brakshaputra River flows through the western side of Shukundi Union. There are small canals with the water of which the farmers grow paddy and the canals are rich in fish.
